Do I need to be experienced to ride the eBike?

Some riding experience or basic confidence on a bicycle is recommended.
The level of experience needed may vary depending on the route chosen.

That said, our eBikes are easy and intuitive to ride. You can pedal normally or use the throttle on the handlebar, meaning the ride requires little to no physical effort.

We always provide a briefing before the tour and adapt the pace to the group.

Can everyone use the eBikes? Are there any height limitations?

Our eBikes may have some height limitations, as the seat is not adjustable.
That said, height is not always a limitation — if you’re comfortable riding a bicycle or a motorbike, you may still be able to ride safely and comfortably.

Do I need to be physically fit to join the tour?

No. Our tours are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Thanks to the electric assistance and throttle option, riding requires minimal physical effort.

Do I need a driving license?

No driving license is required.
Our eBikes are easy to operate and we provide a short briefing before every tour.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing and closed shoes are recommended.
We also suggest bringing sunscreen and sunglasses on sunny days.

What’s included in the tour?

All tours include:

Is the tour suitable for beginners?

Yes. Our tours are beginner-friendly and adapted to the group’s pace.
Whenever possible, we aim to keep the tour private for the group that booked it, allowing everyone to ride at their own rhythm.

We make sure everyone feels comfortable before starting the ride.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case of unsafe weather conditions, we’ll contact you to reschedule or offer an alternative solution.

Do you offer transfers to the meeting point?

Yes, we offer transfers to make it easier for you to reach us.
Just let us know in advance if you’d like to add this option.

Can I book a private tour or group experience?

Absolutely. We offer private tours, group experiences, and team-building activities.
Get in touch and we’ll tailor the experience to your group.

How do I book a tour?

You can book directly through our website "Bookings" page or contact us via email or WhatsApp if you need assistance.

Where is the meeting point?

We currently don’t have a physical location.
As we offer transfers to the start of the tour, the exact meeting point will be shared after your reservation, in case you prefer to meet us there directly.

How does the booking process work?

The first step is to contact us through the Bookings page, email, or WhatsApp.
After we confirm the number of participants, date, and time, a pre-reservation is created.

To finalize the reservation, payment must be made using the details we provide via the same contact method.
If you choose to pay on the day, only a pre-reservation is made. This means that if someone else books the same slot before your payment, the pre-reservation may be lost.

Are the tours safe? Do you have insurance and licenses?

Yes. We have all the necessary insurance coverage for the activity and are fully registered with RNAAT.
During the tour, all participants are always protected, and safety measures are in place to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience.
