Before setting off, your local guide explains how to operate the eBike and checks that everyone feels comfortable. The route and pace can be adjusted to the group, weather and trail conditions.

Yes. The tour is beginner-friendly and the electric assistance reduces the effort required, particularly on climbs. However, every participant must be able to ride and balance a bicycle independently.
Do I need to be physically fit?
You do not need a high level of physical fitness. The eBike provides electric assistance and the guide adapts the pace to the group. Participants should still be comfortable cycling for approximately three hours with regular stops.
Are there any age restrictions?
There are no age restrictions for the experience. The only possible limitation is height — riders need to be tall enough to safely fit and control the bike. We also have children's bikes to accommodate as many ages as possible, so families can ride together. If you're unsure whether a bike will suit a younger or shorter rider, contact us before booking and we'll help.

What happens if the weather is unsafe?
If weather or trail conditions make the experience unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule. If an alternative date cannot be arranged, the amount paid will be refunded according to the applicable booking conditions.
How do I book the tour?

What is the cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit confirms your booking. You can cancel free of charge up to one week (7 days) before the scheduled experience and your deposit is fully refunded.
