What's the difference between an eBike tour and an eBike adventure?
An adventure — our Into the Woods — is the off-road, higher-energy ride: the all-terrain eBikes are a little heavier and ask for some confidence and comfort on two wheels. Our tours — Lisbon's Hidden Gem and Overlooking Lisbon — are relaxed and scenic, and easy to enjoy even if you're a first-time rider, since the electric assist does the work and you ride at your own pace.
Do I need experience to ride the eBike?
Some riding experience or basic confidence on a bicycle helps, and the level varies by route. Every ride starts with a briefing and we adapt the pace to you. If you're after an easier ride, both Lisbon's Hidden Gem and Overlooking Lisbon are gentle, accessible tours — easy even for first-timers.
Do I need to be physically fit?
No. The electric assistance does the hard work — how much effort you put in is up to you.
Do I need a driving licence?
No licence is required. The bikes are easy to operate and we brief you before setting off.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and closed shoes. On sunny days bring sunscreen and sunglasses. Water too.
What's included?
The eBike, a helmet, your guide, full insurance, and a video recap of your adventure.
Do you offer transfers to the meeting point?
Yes — arrange it in advance and we'll pick you up and drop you back.
Where is the meeting point?
We're located in the surroundings of Costa da Caparica — a green, scenic spot where we gear up and set off together. Prefer a pick-up? Just tell us your pick-up point in your booking message; otherwise we'll share the exact meeting point with you.
How does booking work?
After you get in touch with your reservation details, a booking is only confirmed once you've paid 50% of the price. Until then — or if you'd rather not pay the deposit upfront — you have a pre-reservation only, and if someone else books the same time slot, they take priority.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel at least one week before the ride, we refund the amount you paid in advance.
Are the rides safe? Do you have insurance and a licence?
Yes. We carry all the necessary insurance and we're registered with the RNAAT (nº 1223/2024), the Portuguese register for nature tourism operators.
