Yes. The route is designed to be beginner-friendly and the electric assistance reduces the effort required on climbs. However, every participant must be able to ride and balance a bicycle independently.

You do not need a high level of physical fitness. The eBike provides assistance and the guide adapts the pace to the group. Participants should still be comfortable cycling for approximately three hours with regular stops.

There are no age restrictions for the tour. The only possible limitation is height — riders need to be tall enough to safely fit and control the bike. We also have children's bikes to accommodate as many ages as possible, so families can ride together. If you're unsure whether a bike will suit a younger or shorter rider, contact us before booking.

The tour uses a combination of urban, riverside and viewpoint routes with mixed surfaces. The exact route may change according to weather, access and the experience of the group.
